A drummer and producer certified in Music Production by the Catalyst Institute, Alex splits his time between the studio, working with songwriters and filmmakers, and the stage with Auger.

Between tours, Alex mentors our adult bands with the same approach he brings to his own: feeling the music and playing it your own way comes before virtuosic shredding, and the pure joy of playing runs through every session.

Create lasting memories with a fun three-hour band workshop. Guided by our rockstar mentors, your team forms bands, picks a song, learns simplified parts on guitar, drums and vocals, and performs live. Professional studio, snacks, drinks and recordings of your performance included.

I've never played an instrument. Can I start?

Yes. Most Bandclass Adults start from zero. Bands are matched by level, the band carries you, and your fun comes first, not learning notes.

How much time does it take?

One 45-minute session per week, in the evening, plus as much home practice as you feel like. The band keeps you motivated without pressure.

Can we book this for our company or team?

Yes. Our three-hour band workshop takes teams of 5 to 15: form bands, learn a simplified song and perform live, with gear, snacks and drinks provided. Ask us for a quote.

Are sessions available in English?

Yes. All sessions run in English and German as standard, and mentors switch mid-song if needed.

Do I need my own instrument?

No. Guitars, drums, amps and mics are set up and ready at the studio in Berlin-Mitte. For home practice, your mentor advises on what to get, and when.
